Wicked Fall is a naughty, fun adventure with a lot of steam. I’ve only experienced Ms. Bennett’s writing through her Cold Fury series which are about hot hockey players. When I saw she had a new series coming out I decided to give it a try. I didn’t read the blurb so I was in for a fun surprise when I discovered this one was about sexy-times.

Second chance romance.
This is ‘sort of’ of a second chance romance. Callie is the younger sister of one of Woolf’s childhood friends and when she hits on him in high school / college he turns her down because of his loyalty to her brother. Plus, Callie, is young, sweet and innocent and there’s no way Woolf is going to corrupt her.Except now, they are a lot older and Callie has come back home where she’s recreating herself. Callie 2.0!

Wet t-shirt contest, anyone?
Callie and Woolf’s reuniting after years of not being around each other was the best because it was so risqué. I love the chemistry between these two. One thing I love in my fictional males is a jealous alpha male and Woolf didn’t disappoint.

Dirty dreams.
Wicked Fall is what dirty dreams are made of. Although this has some bdsm in it… it’s what I would classify as a lighter version of it. For some this may push them just a tad bit out of their comfort zone and for others this will be right up their alley for sexual fantasies. Seriously, there were some hot scenes in this book.

HOLY MOTHER BEAR!
The epilogue had me reading it WIDE EYED. The epilogue is more like the prologue or a scene from an upcoming book. I won’t say who it’s about because that was part of the fun – discovering who the main focus will be. I have to say that the epilogue was nothing like what I was expecting. I will read that book with the attitude of expecting the unexpected! 🙂
