I got this book for free on Amazon YEARS ago and I’ve read it countless times since. Right now it is only 99 cents.
The cover and title made me think I was getting erotica. It’s not erotica at all, but the suspense PULLED ME INTO THE BOOK and I couldn’t stop turning the pages.
It’s INTENSE. It’s EMOTIONAL. It sucked me in and I couldn’t stop turning the pages.
Lauren’s father Alex is a very controlling man. (I wanted to cause him physical harm.) This leads her to stay away from relationships. Until she meets Jesse.
I freaking love Jesse!!
If you’re looking for angst, suspense, romance and plot twists, you have to read this book.
Warning: it deals with domestic violence.
