Gage’s mission was simple: hook up with the traitor’s sister. Sounded easy enough … he had this in the bag. But what he didn’t plan on was falling for his landlady, Tinker.
Now he has to ‘just get through it. Do it for [his] brothers – they’ve risked their lives for [him], they’ve served time for [him]. Now [he has to] suck it up and do what [he has] to do.’
The second half of the book is where I couldn’t put it down. I needed to know how Gage was going to stay faithful to his club duties while he had the hots for Tinker.
Once the story ends don’t miss the author’s note at the end of the book. I live a state away from where this story takes place so our state suffers from the same thing. While reading REAPER’S FIRE I felt like I was going through it with the characters. Those moments were intense and added to the overall story.
As always another enjoyable Reaper story!
