A Stage Dive Novel
From Amazon.com:
Mal Ericson, drummer for the world famous rock band Stage Dive, needs to clean up his image fast—at least for a little while. Having a good girl on his arm should do the job just fine. Mal doesn’t plan on this temporary fix becoming permanent, but he didn’t count on finding the one right girl.
Anne Rollins never thought she’d ever meet the rock god who plastered her teenage bedroom walls—especially not under these circumstances. Anne has money problems. Big ones. But being paid to play the pretend girlfriend to a wild life-of-the-party drummer couldn’t end well. No matter how hot he is. Or could it?
Foxy's Review:
“Take a chance, Anne.”
Mal caught my attention in Lick and I’ve been looking forward to his book. The other night my husband and I were watching an Iron Maiden concert/tour on Paladia and I got this HUGE urge for a Rock-n-Roll book.
Mal is known to be the life of the party and when he overhears a personal phone conversation of Anne’s, who is down on her luck…Mal proposes the idea of being in a fake relationship with him. Weathering the highs and lows of this whirlwind relationship taxes both of them.
“I just pick up the next one, keep going, never miss a beat. That’s how we roll. Sh*t gets broken, no matter, play on.”
Loved that this book was set in Portland, Oregon. Adding books to my Oregon shelf makes my day. This shelf is dedicated to any book that mentions Oregon or is set in Oregon.
