This week I’m jumping back to 2013. I remember seeing The Siren on the shelves at Target & Walmart before I saw it on Amazon. I was intrigued by the cover and when my friend, Kara, suggested we buddy read it I jumped on the bandwagon. I will never forget my reaction when I got to 51% in the book because that’s where we learn about the mysterious SØREN.
Being able to shock me gets harder with the amount of books I read. But this one blew my mind. I recommend not reading reviews before you start this series so not to ruin the BIG surprise half way through the first book. I know I just said NOT TO READ REVIEWS before starting The Siren and I posted my review below BUT mine is safe because it doesn’t reveal any spoilers. My review is just my reactions while reading the book.
On May 28, 2013, I read The Siren by Tiffany Reisz.
The Original Sinners series is broken into 2 parts: The Red Years Quartet (The adventures of Nora Sutherlin, Dominant and erotica writer) and The White Years Quartet (The adventures of Eleanor Schreiber, submissive). Recommended you read The Red Years Quartet first.
Reading order between the two quartets:
{#1 Red} The Siren | My review
{#2 Red} The Angel | My review
{#3 Red} The Prince | My review
{#4 Red} The Mistress | My review
{#1 White} The Saint | My review
{#2 White} The King | My review
{#3 White} The Virgin | My review
{#4 White} The Queen | coming Oct. 2015

Wow! I don’t even know where to beginning. I just finished and I feel like this->
This book was NOTHING like I expected. I had no idea where the story was taking me and when I got to the end I sat there dumbfounded. I wanted to yell-
The author’s writing skills are amazing. The writing was intellectual and the characters were so intriguing.
SERIES:
Must be read in order. Big cliffhanger in book 3.
